Method of Preparation

Boil 10 cups of water in a large pan.
Drop the noodles & boil for 2-3 minutes till the noodles are cooked Al Dente (i.e. partially cooked).
Drain noodles & wash under running water. Spread on a flat surface & add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking.
Proceed with making the dish of your choice.
